Returns Policy
If a DVD purchased from GATORSDVD.COM is defective we will happy to replace it. Please contact Customer Service for replacement information.
For a refund from GATORSDVD.COM the DVD must be shipped back to us at GATORSDVD.COM Southern Division Office, 901 NW 8th Ave Ste A-5, Gainesville, FL 32601 UNOPENED with wafer security seal intact. NO refunds will given for opened media packaging. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. For further info please contact Customer Service.
Delivery Policy
Delivery will be standard United States Postal Service 1st Class. Rates for delivery will be adjusted at the time of purchase according to United States Postal Service 1st Class shipping rates from Berwick, Maine. For more information please contact Customer Service.
